Your tender then appears on our website in what ever category you selected, People and Businesses then view your tender and if they wish they can then reply to you, The advantage is they don't know any of your personal details (neither do we) so when they reply, you receive the reply directly to your inbox with their details, this leaves you in control of who you want to deal with and prevents unsolicited contact. Nothing, Just log on to tenderme, click on My Homepage, Enter your email address at Forgotten Password and we will send a login link to you with a new password, alternatively you can save the email and just click on the login link anytime you wish to access your Homepage.
Yes, Once your account is created, just click on My Homepage, select Supplier Profile, You can then enter your Name, Address, Phone/Fax numbers, email address ect, then when you are replying to a tender your details will appear on the top of your reply automatically, when you have entered your details just click on Preview to see how your replies will be viewed.
Log on to tenderme, click on Create A tender, select the category you require, then write your tender giving as much information as possible about what you need (remember do not include any personal details) then when your finished just click on the tender me! button. If you cannot find the category you require, click on Are We Missing A Category, submit the category missing and we will include it.
When you click the tender me! button to post your tender, you will recieve an email to the address you supplied asking you to confirm your tender, just click on link supplied and your tender will be posted, you can then log on to tenderme, select Recent tenders and view your tender.
Absolutely not, it is against tenderme.ie's Terms & Conditions to include any personal details, this is to combat abuse. Any tender posted with personal details will be removed immediately.
Yes, you can cancel a tender you have created at any time. Log on and click on My Homepage, select the tender you wish to cancel and then just click Deactivate this tender. The tender will then be sent to your archive, you can if you wish reactivate it at anytime by just clicking on Reactivate this tender.
When you click on the thumbs up symbol to accept a reply your tender posting is removed immediately, However if you decide for any reason, you can reactivate it with one click.
Yes, in the top right hand corner of tenderme.ie, click on watch slideshows for a demo, and dont forget to view the sample tenders as well.
Just click on View All Tenders to view all tenders starting with the most recent one posted, or you can click on See All Categories. Any category with active tenders will be highlighted green and will tell how many tenders are active in this category.
When you have found a tender you want to reply to, click on Reply To This Tender, Fill out a detailed reply to the tender and remember sell yourself as well. When you have finished your reply click on Confirm Reply, you can then review your reply and if everything is right click continue, you will now be asked to phone a number and when prompted enter a code displayed to you, alternatively you can click on PayPal. Your reply will now be forwarded to the person who placed the tender.
Calls from the Republic of Ireland cost €3 including VAT, for outside of the Republic of Ireland please use Paypal with a cost of €3.
When your payment is made, you will receive an email telling you that your your payment has been received, and your reply is now active, it will also display your reply. You can also log on to My Tenderme which will tell you which tenders and replies are active, If you stop at the payment stage your reply will be sent to your Tenderme Homepage automatically where you can activate it at anytime without re typing it.
When you log on to My Tenderme you can view your replies, when your offer is accepted or declined it will be displayed under your reply.
Yes you can, or you can fill out your details on My Tenderme under Supplier Profile just once and it will be included on all your replies.
